Corporate Self-Defense Seminars

Every person should have the power and knowledge to be in control of their personal safety. We believe in easy to use techniques that will be efficient and effective. The self-defense techniques taught are effective for all body types and sizes.

Even though your organization does not have to deal with crime and violence directly it is important to help arm your employee’s with the skills to keep themselves safe. 

A corporate self-defense seminar can be held at either your company’s location (assuming there is enough open space) or at Romulo Melo Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. A seminar can be customized to 1 or 2 hours in which techniques will be taught and drilling exercises preformed to ensure comprehension.
